International Consultant, Trainer and Coach, Global HR Expert
Consultant, trainer and coach based in London and working on a worldwide scale. Prior to launching her own consultancy, she worked for about 10 years for Daimler and EADS in a variety of international Human Resources functions. Focus of her consultancy: Talent and Management Development, Cross-border Company Integration, M&A and Change Management, Global HR, Teambuilding of Cross-cultural and Virtual Teams, international Workshop Facilitation, Cross-cultural Skills and Coaching. Drissia holds master’s degrees in psychology and sociology, studied business management, is certified in coaching and teambuilding as well as accredited Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® practitioner. She developed the “4 Dimensions of Global Organisations©” model, an effective consulting approach taking into account Tasks, Systems, Cultures and People as essential parameters for international performance, it has proved very useful in helping clients to deal with the complexity of global business. She is active in the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research. Both in private life and with her professional experience Drissia has got a strong international back ground. She has worked in more than 15 countries with various companies. French is her mother tongue; she is fluent in English and German.
