Greg Arena arbeitet mit den folgenden Schwerpunkten: Business Problem Solving durch Workshops, auch in Großgruppen (Consention® sowie andere Methoden), Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen durch Dialog und System (Facilitative Consulting), messbare Steigerung der Leistungsfähigkeit von Organisationen und dessen Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit sowie Führungskräfteentwicklung. Zu Greg Arenas Stärken gehören vor allem strategisches kombiniert mit kreativem Denken sowie die Liebe zum Lernen. In Kanada aufgewachsen, lebt Greg Arena seit 25 Jahren in Deutschland. Er arbeitet auf Deutsch und Englisch. Greg Arena hat Abschlüsse in Politologie, Jura und ein MBA von der renommierten französischen Hochschule INSEAD. Er hat eine Ausbildung zum Business Mediator absolviert, ist Absolvent der Kompetenzschmiede Familie sowie Mitgründer und Vorstand eines Vereins, der die Verbreitung von Expeditionspädagogik in deutschen Schulen fördert.

Greg has the following specialties: Business problem solving in workshops, including large groups (Consention® as well as other methods), facilitation of change through structuring the process and getting people to talk with one another, quantifiably increasing organizational performance and employee well-being, and leadership development. Greg’s strengths include strategic combined with creative thinking and a love for learning. Greg grew up in Canada and has lived in Germany for 25 years. He works in English and German. Greg has degrees in political science, law and an MBA from INSEAD, the highly respected business school in France. He has completed training as a business mediator, is a graduate of the family school of emotional competence and a founding board member of a non-profit organization which supports expeditionary learning for youth.
